You talk to an independent local provider in our network. These are separate businesses. They run their own crews, set their own prices and do their own work.

Investmentsgames Pest Control makes the introduction. That is where our part ends.

What Happens on the Call

The provider will ask a few simple questions. Be ready to share:

• What you saw, such as droppings, wings, bites or noises.
• Where you saw it: basement, attic, kitchen, crawl space or siding.
• How long it has been going on.
• Whether the season has changed, like a cold snap or a wet spring.

Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability in your part of the Parma area.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list of questions can protect your wallet and your house.

• Are you licensed and insured for this work in Ohio?
• What do you think is causing the problem?
• What will you do, and what will you not do?
• Can I have the quote in writing?
• Will you seal entry points or fix moisture issues?
• What should I do before and after the visit?
• Is there a follow-up visit, and what does it cover?

Costs vary by job, home and season. Always get a written quote, and compare it before you agree.

You Are in Control

You choose whether to hire. Talking to a provider does not lock you in. If the answers do not feel right, say thanks and ask for another provider.

You also decide how much to do. Some problems need a full treatment. Others need a small repair and a plan for next season.
